About me
Hello, everyone, My name is Zhao Chenna. I was born in Tangshan,
Heibei, where there are various kinds of natural resources. I am a quiet and easygoing person. I like playing the Chinese
instruments, watching Korean and American soap drama, and traveling.
Last year, I came to Singapore as a scholar with all my imaginations
and dreams. As a preparation for my university study at NTU, now, I am having my bridging course at NIE.
What I have learnt at NIE
Looking back to my eight months English bridging course at NIE, I have learned a lot in both daily use and academic English.
ALS, ARS, AWS, and OCS are four main courses I study. Through
a series of tasks and projects, I think I improved a lot. Now I am more confident to express my idea in English, getting
used to work with different people and be a good member in teamworks. Besides, I am happy to make friends with my
dear classmates.
Although I don't think that seven months English Bridging is enough as
a preparation for my university study, I think that what I have learnt at NIE can benefits me a lot in
my university study.
